Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tsuruga-Electric-Works,-Ltd. TME-152 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sporlan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lem product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the TD5210224211000TD5210224211000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N047952664 manufactured by Sporlan and we are pleased to be able to service most Sporlan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LEMIT700S by Manufacturer Lem as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Turck Brand MS9611ExR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ue such as F110A7BS equipment made by Ue have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ue products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ue" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Ni2Q65AP602FS44X3S304 made by Turck as well as the popular D32p2b original spares produced by Emerson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSXP57453AM by Modicon and F110A7BS spares by Ue are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Bi5M18AN7X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck.
